My mission is to redefine the typical view of health- to go beyond weight loss and into a whole-human approach. I strive to help my clients find joy in their body by meeting it exactly where it's at. My approach to both fitness and food is one of empathy, compassion and understanding. I use my advanced background in kinesiology to base my methods in science and my experience as a coach to lead clients to their definition of success.
